With over 20 years’ experience in the creative industry, she brings a rare breadth of knowledge across strategy, design, advertising, digital, and content — allowing her to see the full picture and guide projects from idea through to execution.

Her experience spans every stage of the creative process, from strategy and account management to design, production, and digital delivery. This depth informs a highly considered approach to brand development and communication — one grounded in clarity, consistency, and an exceptional attention to detail.

At Make Create Studio, Amy works closely with clients ranging from startups to national brands, partnering with them to build strong, cohesive brands and clear communications across every touchpoint. She’s known for her ability to think strategically, communicate complex ideas simply, and bring structure and consistency to creative work — ensuring it not only looks good, but works hard.

Tayla Patterson is a digital marketing strategist and Digital Partner of Make Create, specialising in customer-led growth and end-to-end digital strategy. With experience across in-house leadership and freelance consulting, she brings a considered, strategic approach to digital marketing — focused on how customers move through a brand, not just how individual campaigns perform.

Her work spans every stage of the digital journey, from strategy development through to paid media, websites, content, email and performance optimisation. This breadth enables Tayla to build cohesive digital ecosystems where channels work together, customer experience is prioritised, and marketing activity supports clear business objectives.

Working closely with businesses across property, construction, retail and ecommerce, Tayla partners with teams to strengthen digital performance and develop marketing frameworks designed for long-term growth.
